  I had great service by a knowledgeable woman. I have a bad back and wanted a latex topper. I ended up getting a discounted memory foam topper without the typical up-sell you get at Harvey Norman bedshed etc.

  Buyers Beware! The full "organic" Latex Mattress we bought for $2k+ caused severe skin reaction,(Dr diagnosed hives) was overly hot to sleep on and had strong chemical odour for weeks (nb we had latex for 20 yrs prior and no issues like this before) No option to return i.e. unlike other providers who are confident enough in their product to offer a 30/60/90 or even 100 night sleep guarantee this shop continually denied there was a problem and only after extended visit/phone calls offered a memory foam topper to replace latex topper. This helped to insulate some of the heat/smell issues but we ended up buying a "traditional" spring/foam/latex/memory foam mattress online - My suggestion is to do your own research on latex mattress issues experienced by 1000's .... before you commit and/or negotiate a sleep trial period.
