  I went into the Osborne Park store to purchase a bed base and headboard. I had a slight idea on what I was looking for. Beck came to me and was very helpful showing me various bed bases and bed-heads. She listen to what I had to say with interest and suggested various solutions. A very patient, non pushy sales women and highly recommend her to any future customer Thank you Beck for all your help and guidance

  I was assisted by Beck, who spent a number of hours giving me guidance and advice on what was on offer. I had a few ideas of styles of bed frames I wanted but couldn't make my mind up, but Beck patiently listened to what I wanted and kept offering up suggestions. Beck was easy to get along with and wasn't a pushy sales person at all. In fact most of the time there was good banter and it made the final decision an all round great experience. Thanks Beck, you were great! 10/10 would recommend.

  Amazing customer service and support that helped me get my mattress fixed under manufacturer warranty after two years. Although manufacturer was hesitant to accept the fault, the support from Osborne Park Snooze made them fix it.
