  If I was writing a review yesterday, I would have NOTHING good to say about the service at the Osborne Park store. However today its a different story - thanks to Karen. Thank you Karen for owning my problem and doing everything you said you would to have my delivery executed flawlessly. I bought an entertainment unit, not because it was cheap, but because it was exactly the right size and style and the build compared well to more expensive alternatives. Contacting the right staff member has made all the difference.

  I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU AVOID GOING TO THE OSBORNE PARK FANTASTIC FURNITURE - THE EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT WORTH ANY CONVENIENCE.

  Bought a trundle today with ease. JULIE was an absolute sweetheart, very helpful and cheerful even at 9 in the morning. The warehouse is a bit of a drive, but once there the guys are efficient at grabbing stock. Will shop there again!

  Horrible customer service at this location. They were not willing to work with me at all, didn't advise the procedures for delivery and then tried to cancel my delivery the day before it was due. I tried everything to get them to work with me to deliver when promised as my business couldn't open its doors without furniture. They refused to help in any way. The store manager called me a liar and was incredibly rude to me.

  I bought a couch and they told me it would take a few months to arrive. When it did arrive it was broken and I couldn't use it. The legs were totally uneven and the spine of the chair was cracked. I called numerous times and was told they ordered a new one. Months later I called to check the progress as I hadn't heard from them and they said they accidentally forgot to order it. Nearly 6 months later I got a replacement. After a couple of months of using the couch is makes a horrible squeaky sound every time you sit on it and the middle leg makes the couch uneven (so I don't use it). They did take $150 off which was nice but I'm pretty much going to throw the sofa out as its faulty again and don't want to go through another 6 months of waiting for a replacement. They are cheaper but it is not worth it. Pay more so you can actually use it :)
