  If you like standing around waiting for someone to assist you then this is the store for you. One helpful guy from ad different department called for assistance over the loudspeaker 3 times but after 45 minutes I ended up having to climb up on top of several boxes to get the speakers I needed.

  Parking spaces limited, but it's the Christmas rush! Excellent range of DVD's at fair prices. Helpful staff.

  I would suggest after my experience in this store today some customer service training is urgently needed. There is NO urgency at all when serving customers, nor a friendly smile or really anything. I actually felt like I was putting the sales rep out by purchasing the item. I thought initially the person serving me might be shy or new, however after the LONG wait to actually get to the register to pay (not sure why and actually thought I'd been forgotten at one point) I saw the manager in action, which seems the likely place my staff member was getting his skills from. I'm not usually fussy and don't often write reviews at all, but no joke, this would have to have been the worst customer service I've had ever.

  I couldn't tell you why but I always feel rushed in this shop. Other JB hi-fi's I have never really felt the same urgency to get out asap. But it is nice having such a large shop with everything I need in one place. I'm never unable to get what I went in for.

  Always friendly and helpful service, competitive prices with a big layout with great range of products. If you ask for the best price they will generally lower the cost further.
