  Definitely recommend Altronics as it has better range of products +14 days return policy.

  Got a LED strip and some other items from here. Less than two weeks after I found out that Altronics sells the same stuff a third of the price. Like that wasn't disappointing enough I called Jcar and found out I couldn't return this items although I hadn't unpacked and used any of them.

  Not happy with their service. Purchased some goods and the relay was not in their catalogue. The manager claimed that it was a horn relay, which their catalogue showed it to be 5 pin, which it clearly was a 4 pin. He then went to eBay on his mobile to show me that it was in fact a horn relay?? I stipulated that I have a nerd perk card, but processed the goods through the till anyhow, then stating there is nothing they can do after the fact to add this to my card. You have just lost a customer guys. Well done. Allronics for me from now on.
