  Sales attendant continued to push extended warranty after I clearly said I didn't want one, and tried to sell me an unnecessary charger for the item I was purchasing.

  I just bought a 3 in 1 epilator and opened it to see a used one with all the hairs still on it. I mean since when did you guys started selling used products? It’s was so annoying as I paid 88 dollars for it and the two girls I asked help for were so useless.

  Electrical department simply the poorest service in or out of Australia. Neville from electrical should NOT have any interaction with public. He is a disgrace.

  I cannot commend the store member or the delivery agent they used enough, very professional, and very fast indeed, and no complaints about matching the price.

  Went to HN Osborne Park electrical section to see if they would price match a Myer sale price on a Panasonic 65inch EZ1000 OLED TV. Although Myer were having a sale, and that sale price was $1200 lower than HN price, the store member (Mr Staseski) agreed to match Myer price and provide home delivery for my purchase after the usual haggle. We paid for the item at 2pm, and as we were on our way home we received tracking notice that our TV was on its way to us.

  Without a word of a lie, our massive OLED TV arrived at our home just twenty minutes after we got home, and we had driven directly home from the store.
