  I was referred by my insurance company after an accident. After they finished the job i asked if they had checked and fixed the chassis too, bcoz i told them that i will take it to other repairer to check whether u have fixed it, i got respond from them u will loose the warrenty of the job they done (scary tacticts). I took the car afterwards to RAC and when they had a look they found that only the bumper and outer parts had been replaced but chassis was still bent. And yes.. in the whole of this blunders the insurance assessor (prime assessing, Simon) was involved too bcoz he had passed the bent chassis!
