  Took a expensive painting to be framed.. quality of the framing is terrible and the joints and cuts are terrible for a company that prides itself on framing apparently... huge gaps in the corners and the moulding on the frame doesn't even line up anywhere on the frame! emailed the company photos and had no response! Will never go back and never recommend! Now going to have to go to a new framer and pay another $400 because the framing ruins the painting! Happy to share photos of the work quality!

  I found this business seriously lacking reasonable punctuality, respect for the customer and quality. If you buy what you see in the shop you may get away with it but if you order anything, be prepared for long delays (3 weeks for a max 5 day job in my case), faulty product in the end and no responsibility to make it up to you. In essence, absolutely no care about the customer satisfaction.

  Asked for a double frame in time for the day after. He pulled through and delivered a wonderful frame in time for someones birthday. I will be going back.
