    Not only did they fix it, wash the car, and have it ready in a flash. They also cancelled the special order part that I had ordered the previous day without penalty.

    Without even having my car booked in, David the foreman managed to get someone to give me a lift to work and promptly identified a loose bolt that was causing a terrible vibration and noise in the front left of my C70.

    You might argue that they are doing it to build reputation in their new location, but one thing you cannot fake is caring about your customer. Previously I have only ever dealt with Tamika Oliver whose knowledge and service is always exemplary, but I am starting to discover that this culture runs a lot deeper than one person. Well done guys! You have given me hope that customer service is not dead!
